FedEx Delivery Driver

The Job

You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses on rural routes using a company-provided box truck. The work includes loading and unloading packages, following delivery routes, and working until all packages are delivered. Routes cover about 100 miles per day and average eight hours. The work involves lifting, bending, and maneuvering in and out of the truck.

Compensation

• Starting pay $165 per day
• Pay after 30 days $180 per day

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Lift packages up to 150 lbs and frequently bend and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule

Five to six days per week, with weekends mandatory. Routes start at 8 AM and continue until all packages are delivered, averaging eight hours. After peak schedules, weekends rotate.
