Stop just driving for a company. Start driving for your company. At Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. (PSPI), you aren’t just a driver—you’re an owner . We are a 100% Employee-Owned company, which means every safely driven mile and satisfied customer helps build your own long-term wealth.
Since starting with a single fuel truck in Pleasant Hill back in 2001, we’ve grown into a premier on-site fueling provider for California and Reno. We did that by delivering unparalleled customer service and giving a real voice to our team members. If you're looking for a permanent home where you are respected, invested in, and taken care of, you've found it.
The Schedule (Built for Real Life):

Why this shift rocks: You get to beat the worst of the morning rush-hour traffic, finish your route in the early afternoon, and have your Thursdays and Fridays completely OFF to spend with family and friends!

Command your rig: Operate our semi-trucks safely in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal transportation laws.
