Job Description

Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our hotel team as Housekeeping & Laundry Attendants . This position is responsible for maintaining clean and comfortable guest rooms and hotel areas while also assisting with daily laundry operations.

Job Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
Make beds and replace sheets and linens
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Dust furniture and other surfaces
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock towels, toiletries, and guest room supplies
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
Maintain cleanliness of hallways and common areas as needed

Laundry Duties:

Collect and sort dirty towels, sheets, and other hotel linens
Load and operate commercial washers and dryers
Properly use laundry detergents and cleaning products
Fold and organize clean towels and linens
Stock clean linens for housekeeping staff
Inspect linens for stains or damage
Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and safe

Skills and Experience

Requirements

Previous hotel housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift approximately 25-50 lbs as needed
Must be dependable and have reliable attendance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
