Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive reviews of settlement documents for accuracy and compliance. Manage and coordinate the settlement process, ensuring timely disbursement. Communicate effectively with attorneys, negotiators, and team liaisons to resolve issues and provide updates. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all settlement cases. Ensure settlements comply with health insurance claims and related regulations. Finalize settlement documents for client and provider disbursements. Minimum Requirements: In-depth knowledge of personal injury structured settlements required. Proven experience in settlement disbursement processes. Familiarity with medical record review, specifically identifying health insurance claims or referrals. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Impeccable attention to detail, with excellent prioritization and time management skills. Analytical skills for identifying inaccuracies and ensuring precision in documentation.
