Becker Americas is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business across the New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) plus New York. This is a B2B sales role that is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across pumps, parts, systems, and service; manage a balanced portfolio of resellers, service providers and end-user accounts; and maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline that consistently exceeds sales performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow sales across the assigned territory, managing a balanced portfolio of end users, resellers, distributors, service providers, and national accounts.
\n
• Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on revenue, volume, margin, and market-share growth.
\n
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business through proactive prospecting and disciplined follow-up.
\n
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals across pumps, parts, systems, and service offerings.
\n
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate activities, opportunities, quotes, and forecasts in Salesforce.
\n
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, using effective pricing and discount strategies to drive conversion while protecting margins.
\n
• Recruit, develop, and support resellers and distributors to expand market coverage and sales volume.
\n
• Provide end users with application support, product recommendations, solutions, and technical guidance.
\n
• Manage authorized repair centers to Becker’s standards for service, responsiveness, and brand representation.
\n
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through responsive, prepared, and solutions-focused engagement.
\n
• Collaborate with customer service, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support customers and drive growth.
\n
• Follow company policies, administrative requirements, and communication expectations.
\n

Qualifications :

\n
• 3–5+ years of sales experience
\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
\n
• Strong territory-management, account-planning, and pipeline-development capabilities
\n
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth and protect margin
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business software
\n
• High degree of professionalism, accountability, and self-management
\n
• Ability to travel up to approximately 30%
\n
• Must reside within the assigned territory
